Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving full or partial payment (as specified for each tour).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings remain unaffected.
Payment can be made via cash, credit card, bank transfer, or online payment link.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations:
Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour date will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date are fully non-refundable.
Company Cancellations:
In case of cancellations by ZU Tours due to weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.
3. Tour Modifications
ZU Tours reserves the right to alter or modify tour itineraries for safety, weather, or operational reasons. We will inform guests in advance whenever possible.
4. Responsibilities & Liabilities
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
ZU Tours shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury, accident, or damage during the tour unless caused directly by our negligence.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification and complying with local laws during the tour.
5. Health & Safety
Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before booking.
ZU Tours maintains strict safety measures and adheres to local health guidelines.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone found unfit or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
